For more than twenty-five years I built what most people would call a successful personal training business. Celebrities. Professional athletes. Executives. Parents. People rebuilding their lives. Thousands of coaching sessions.
From the outside, everything looked successful. Behind the scenes, I had unknowingly built a business with one fatal flaw.
The real villain
